1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aquariume ("the Service"), operated by Aquarium E Technology Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Aquariume for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and communication only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Aquariume.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Age Restrictions

Aquariume is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to verify your age and will terminate your account immediately if we discover you are a minor.

5. Wallet and Points System

Aquariume operates on a transparent Pay-Per-Minute wallet system where users purchase points to access premium chat features. The following terms apply:

• Points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Points expire according to our expiration policy.
• Chat time is calculated based on the current points-to-time conversion rate.
• We reserve the right to modify point values and conversion rates with reasonable notice.
• All purchases are final unless required by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Aquariume only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the dignity and privacy of other users. Your use of the Service is governed by our Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or harming other users.
• Transmitting any content that is illegal, explicit, harmful, or offensive.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers.
• Using automated systems (bots) to access the Service without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Aquariume is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We prioritize your data security and employ end-to-end encryption for private text chats. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Third-Party Services

Aquariume may incorporate software and other technology owned and controlled by third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aquarium E Technology Private Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Aquariume, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Aquariume could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or Community Guidelines.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
